Pilates is a fantastic exercise to gain strength in your core abdominals and your pelvic floor, improve your posture, muscle tone, balance , co-ordination and joint mobility

What is on offer

 I offer a range of Pilates sessions to suit different abilities and levels of mobility.  Classes are friendly and welcoming in a supportive environment.

From newbies to Pilates, to those with years of Pilates practice, to those Sports Enthusiasts seeking the benefits of Pilates to enhance sporting performance. 

 I aim to provide varied, enjoyable and achievable exercises to each session, with room for further development.    

Regular Pilates sessions can enable you to become more familiar and confident with the Pilates technique, principles and exercises.   The movement of Pilates can help you to be more flexible, develop core strength, improve your posture and benefit your well-being.

Chair based Pilates class aimed at those with reduced mobility where traditional mat based Pilates is not suitable

Workshops: 
Pilates for Desk Workers, Pilates for Cyclists and Pilates for Runners 90 mins

Specifically planned Pilates sessions   - breakdown of exercises and learn new warm up and post-cycling/run exercises that can help to prevent injury and speed recovery times. If you work 9-5 at a desk, this Pilates workshop can help teach you exercises to free your shoulders and improve posture

What to bring to class ...

Wear comfortable layered clothing

Something with some stretch and breathable is good

Bring your exercise mat

Please bring along your mat for your mat pilates class. There will be exercise mats available for Pilates if you need to use one. 

Bring a bottle of water

Stay hydrated and bring a bottle of water with you to class
